1- Parties:
1.1:Usage and given services of internet web site (will be mentioned as Site at the following), belonging to
AS TERCUME, operating in http://www.astercume.com internet web address, are considered to be taken under signature between
AS TERCÜME (will be mentioned as astercume.com at the following) which has declared the articles (will be mentioned as conditions at the following) mentioned in usage conditions section, and person/s or institution/s mentioned as visitors in this agreement, concerning the following articles.
1.2:Parties declare, accept and undertake the rightfulness of the written information stated in this hereby agreement.
2- Subjects:
2.1:This hereby agreement will arrange the services given by the web site; attitude and behaviours of visitors against the written or official context mentioned in the web site, and the subjects concerning the communication. These service and process explanations are as follows:
3- Responsibilities:
3.1:All kind of written or official contexts mentioned in the web site, belong to
astercume.com . It is forbidden to use or copy them without permission.
3.2:Site never undertakes any responsibility to accept or reply sent e-mails. In addition, it does not undertake any responsibility concerning these mails.
3.3:Site has right to change, renew or remove the given services when ever it wants.
4- Period:
4-1:Site does not accept any time limitation regarding the execution of given services.
5- Authorized Court and Court of Claims:
5-1:This hereby agreement, consisting 5 articles (incl.this one) together with sub-articles, has been read, agreed and signed by both parties. ( The under signature time starts at the time the visitors enter in the site) . If it is necessary,
astercume.com can add or remove new articles and/or sub-titles or make amendments on the articles unilateraly. Customer declares and commits these changes beforehand.
5-2:Courts of İzmir and Court of Claims are authorized to solve any kind of conflict occured while applying this hereby agreement.
